Officers will remove contained wild animals from inside
a residence. Please call for fees regarding trapped
wildlife. We do not
provide trap rentals or trapping services.

Animal Complaints
Animal complaints are handled by the Animal
Control Officers of the North County Humane Society & SPCA. We respond to calls that involve loose, injured, or captured animals in the cities of Oceanside and Vista.
Animal Control also handles matters concerning barking
dogs, neglected animals, and animal bites.

To file a complaint, either call our
Animal Control Department, or visit us to fill
out an incident report.

For residents outside these cities, please contact
County Animal Control at 760-438-2312.

There is no charge for animal control services
provided by the North County Humane Society & SPCA,
other than for the transporting of wildlife.
However, if your animal is picked up as the
subject of a complaint, it may be subject to
fines.
